Atsushi Tsuru

Joined our company in 2008. After joining the company, he was in charge of planning, sales and design in the Space Creation Division, and launched the DEPOS Division. In June 2020, he became the representative director of our company due to business succession. We have evolved our exterior construction business into an outdoor space creation business, and have continued to develop our business to date by placing “design,” “construction,” “distribution,” and “information” at the center of our business domains.

Joined our company in 2009. Engaged in operating the DEPOS business department and building stores. After that, we launched the Space Creation Business Department’s Construction Department. In June 2020, he was appointed as the company’s executive director.

After joining a major logistics company listed on the First Section of the Tokyo Stock Exchange, he engaged in logistics management work. After joining the company in 2018, he was assigned to the DEPOS business department and engaged in building overseas networks. In 2020, DEPOS business department manager. In January 2022, he was appointed as a director of the company.

After joining Azsa LLC, he conducted accounting audits and IT audits for large to medium-sized companies in the international business department. After that, he joined AGS Consulting and launched AGS Hong Kong in 2017 as the head of the Hong Kong office. Appointed as an outside director of our company from January 2022.

Joined Kinoshita Construction Co., Ltd. While working as a sales designer, he also serves as a lecturer at a comprehensive qualification academy for training architects. Started an architecture office and also works as a seminar lecturer, mainly providing sales support. Appointed as an outside director of our company from January 2022.

Qualified as a lawyer in 2008, joined TMI Sogo Law Office, worked as a part-time lecturer at the University of Tokyo Law School, and then worked at the Market Division of the Financial Services Agency’s General Affairs and Planning Bureau. Returned to TMI General Law Office and became partner in 2020. Appointed as an outside auditor of our company from January 2022.

In 2021, he was engaged in the establishment of the Business Management Department, and in January 2022, he became the company’s executive officer and manager of the Business Management Department.

Engaged in sales and design work at several companies in the exterior industry. Joined our company in 2011. After joining the company, he was engaged in the expansion of the company’s space creation business department, winning the grand prize at a national design contest.In January 2022, he was appointed as the company’s executive officer and manager of the planning and sales department of the space creation business department.
